I’m fully aware that not all AIHA patients are able to effectively manage their AIHA without some kind of allopathic approach.
But to be honest, most allopathic doctors, including haematologists, know very little about nutrition and other aspects of lifestyle that would come into play in addressing AIHA.

I totally agree. Most providers do not follow best protocol to do blood, urine, throat cultures for aspleenia When temp above 101 and feeling sick. Getting pneumovax every 5 years! ( i can attest to Getting pneumonia 2 weeks before my 5 yrs up and vaccine due).
