So did I ConnieDean but I LOVE the Winter weather and that's when I come alive and get things done! Sometimes I think the doctors don't know much about this and just give generic answers. None of them treat the individual, those days are gone! At least my doctor admitted they just go by textbook cases. He even discouraged me from reading about AIHA online because he said most info was outdated. I joined this group to hear how each individual reacts and deals with their AIHA!

I actualy have 5-10g/l lower HB in hot summer, than in winter

Yes. I live in the desert and the heat is unbearable. I stay indoors 4 months out of the year only going out for groceries and essentials. Trying to tolerate the summer months takes away all of my energy and I get down on myself because I cannot do the simplest tasks without total exhaustion even indoors with a/c. This then causes serious depression.

I thought it was cold that we should avoid.

NekdoNekje Wow, I did not realize that the hot weather could actually lower HB. I wonder if that is why I feel so sick and run down. None of my doctors have ever even mentioned that could happen. The healthcare here in LV NV is horrible and meanwhile I feel terrible. 🥵
