Coming to acceptance that you have a chronic condition is an emotional challenge. Truthfully, I am quite pissed off. Anger can easily slip into depression and that is a place I would rather not go. I would appreciate hearing about resources and strategies to cope with my feelings .

Fall
The weather is still very pleasant in my part of the world. The days are warm, the mornings are cool and fresh, the evenings are soft. The gardens are still cooperating. The apples are ready. The children are back into routines.
