I'm literally wondering the same thing! I always layer up and wear hat and gloves, drink hot drinks constantly and use hot water bottles but it doesn't help much. I've had bad reactions to the egg based vaccines so have been advised not to have them - I'm not even sure we can have any vaccines if we're on immune suppressants? I will have to ask my gp
