I have Cold AIHA and being warm is essential. However, I also have a thyroid problem and if too hot I have difficulty cooling down therefore I keep to the shade, wear a hat in the sun; wear natural fibre clothing and drink plenty of fluids - especially hot tea

turn on the ac, drink a cold drink, drink a lot of water 2l or 2.5l, take a shower with a comfortable temp for the heat

Living in QLD Australia. Sub tropical climate so 30C in summer with humidity means I can feel very unwell. So, I have got my aircon up and running and regularly serviced and use it in the middle of the day. Walk/ Tai Chi /Yoga on sunrise and sunset. Pilates with physio in aircon and ensure I keep up on my fluids. Even having a shower in the middle of the night if it cools me down so I can get some sleep.
