Try not to rush the morning if at all possible.... organic lemon juice in warm water, then a good espresso coffee, couple eggs and toast, meds, Word of God, work out, projects. Find a chair when pain starts to grow...

Currently in hemolysis so early walk with my dog, breakfast w/ meds, work, 2nd walk, light chores, lots of water & rest.

Up early. Breakfast and meds. Walk dog, yoga 3 x weekly. Chores. Lunch. Rest. Chores…maybe. Happy hour, dinner….repeat.

Sleep sleep and sleep until 5pm get ready for work, eat two eggs and black coffee, I smoke half a cigarette on my walk to the light rail. The other half of cigarette is for the walk home. In total I smoke 4 cigarettes a week. I believe I have that under control??
